Their record keeping is maticulous and they had all the details of our Parquetry Floor even though it had been installed 7 years prior. The damaged section was replaced with new and laquered. We neednt have feared that the restored portion of the floor would stick out like a sore thumb.....the matching is so precise that even we cant notice it.
